75ml (1/3 cup) Denova Avocado oil
250ml (1 cup) chopped Parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
50g (2½oz) chopped Pine nuts
200ml (3/4 cup) grated Parmesan Cheese
50ml (1/5 cup) chopped fresh Basil
5 ml (1t) salt
2 ml (½t) black pepper
Sauté pine nuts in 25ml (5t) Denova Avocado oil. Remove from heat and very lightly sauté Basil leaves in same oil just until leaves have wilted. Place all ingredients excepting cheese in food processor with steel blade and process together while adding remaining Denova Avocado oil. Mix in grated cheese – taste and season.
