250ml (1 cup) Denova Avocado oil
80ml (1/3 cup) White grape vinegar
2,5ml (½t) salt
7,5ml (1½t) sugar
1,25ml (¼t) black pepper
125ml (½ cup) mixed fresh herbs e.g. thyme, mint, parsley and dill
Process all ingredients for 3 mins in food processor and use as dressing over salad leaves of your choice.
